FastTrackHawker ("we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application that allows users to pre-order food from hawker stalls, manage credits, and receive notifications.

User ID (auto-generated)
Name (if provided)
Contact details (e.g. phone number, email, if used)
Order details (items, stall, time slot)
Payment and credit purchase records

Device type and operating system
App usage data (for diagnostics and improvements)
Device push tokens (used to send notifications)
We collect payment proof screenshots that users voluntarily upload to verify their orders.
We do not collect or store:
Credit card numbers or expiration dates
Bank account information
Routing numbers or banking details
Credit scores or financial history
Income or financial statements
Uploaded screenshots are used for:
Order verification and confirmation
Payment proof documentation
Customer support and dispute resolution
Transaction record keeping

Users may request deletion at any time
All payment transactions are completed outside of the app using third-party payment methods.
FastTrackHawker only receives proof of payment via screenshot upload.

Your data is stored using secure infrastructure provided by Supabase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and complete. Please inform us of any changes.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for access requests, where applicable.
Your personal data may be transferred to and stored in servers located outside Singapore.
Where such transfers occur, we will ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
