These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fastto mobile application ("Application"), operated by Kabir Choudhary ("Service Provider").
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Fastto is a marketplace platform that enables users to browse, order, and purchase products from independent stores and vendors.
The Service Provider acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between users and stores.
The Service Provider does not manufacture, produce, or directly sell products listed by third-party stores unless explicitly stated.
To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account using:
Phone number authentication
Google account login
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
When you place an order through the Application:
The order is subject to acceptance by the store
Product availability is not guaranteed
Prices may change before confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after store acceptance and successful processing.
The Application may support:
Online payment through third-party payment gateways
Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed by external payment service providers. The Service Provider does not store card or banking information.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on:
Order status
Store policies
Delivery status
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the payment method used and applicable store policies.
The Service Provider reserves the right to review cancellation and refund requests to prevent misuse.
You agree not to:
Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to disrupt the platform
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Misuse promotional offers
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Store preparation time
Unforeseen circumstances
The Service Provider is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
All content within the Application, including:
Logos
Designs
Software
Text
Graphics
are the property of the Service Provider or licensed appropriately.
Unauthorized copying or modification is strictly prohibited.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Product defects caused by third-party stores
Service interruptions
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the platform
Users may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the Application.
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Modify features
Update pricing structures
Discontinue services
Updates may require installation of newer versions of the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
