1. Introduction
Fastily (“the App”) is a iOS application that allows users to log and track fasting periods. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
Anyone legally permitted to use such apps in their region may use Fastily.

3. Accounts
Account creation is optional. If you create an account:
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your password secure.
• You may delete your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions and paid features are handled exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple determines billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

5. User Data (Fasts)
You may record fasting data (“fasts”) in the App. You retain ownership of your data. The App stores your data only to provide the fasting-tracking functionality.

6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
• Use the App unlawfully.
• Disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality.
• Attempt to access or manipulate data belonging to others.

7. Privacy
Your data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you accept that policy.

8. App Changes
Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time. The App may be updated or discontinued without notice.

9. Health Disclaimer
Fastily does not provide medical advice. Fasting can affect health. Always consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability
Fastily is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.
