FastiFlow — Play Store Policy

1. Short description
FastiFlow is a minimalist fasting companion that helps users follow curated fasting plans (e.g., 12:12, 16:8, OMAD), track fasting and eating windows with a fluid visual timer, monitor streaks and achievements, and access progress analytics. The app offers optional in-app purchases (Drops) and cosmetic premium themes to personalize the experience.
2. Data collection and usage
Types of data collected:
Account and device identifiers: Optional user name, email if user signs up or purchases; device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
Usage and analytics: Non-personal telemetry about session times, selected plans, timer events, streaks and achievements used to improve the app and for feature analytics.
Local persistence: Personal session history, wallet state (in-app currency), and theme purchases are stored locally using Hive.
Payment information: No raw payment card data is collected by the app. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or the user’s chosen payment provider. The app only receives purchase receipts and order metadata needed to validate purchases.
Optional data you provide: If you contact support or submit feedback, we may store your email and message to respond.
How data is used:
To provide, maintain and improve FastiFlow features (timers, history, themes, wallet).
To process and validate in-app purchases and provide purchased content.
To troubleshoot crashes and bugs and to gather anonymous analytics for product improvement.
To respond to user support requests.
3. Data sharing and third parties
No sale of personal data. We do not sell user personal data.
Third-party services: We may use trusted third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, payment validation, and cloud backups if enabled. These providers may receive limited data (such as device identifiers, anonymous analytics, or purchase receipts) necessary to perform their services.
Legal requests: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
4. Local storage and sync
Primary app state (timers, history, wallet, purchased themes) is stored locally using Hive for fast, private persistence.
If you enable any cloud backup/sync features (if offered), data transmitted to cloud services will be done securely and with your explicit consent; the policy will note what is synced and to which provider at the time the feature is enabled.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
In-app purchases (Drops and premium themes): Processed via Google Play Billing.
Refunds and disputes: Handled through Google Play's standard refund process. For purchase support, contact FastiFlow_support@gmail.com with your order ID and details.
No subscription auto-renewal ambiguity: If we offer subscriptions, details about renewal, cancellation, and trial periods will be shown clearly at the point of purchase and in the app settings/purchase receipt.
6. Advertisements and monetization
FastiFlow may include promotional content for in-app items or offers. Any advertising (if present) will be clearly labeled. We do not use targeted advertising based on sensitive personal data.
7. Children and age restrictions
FastiFlow is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum age required by local law).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If you believe we have collected such information, contact FastiFlow_support@gmail.com and we will promptly take steps to delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect user data stored or transmitted by the app (e.g., encrypted channels for any network transfers).
Sensitive payment data is never stored by FastiFlow; payments are handled by Google Play Billing or other official payment processors.
9. User control and data rights
Access & correction: If you provided personal data (such as email), you may request access to that data or request corrections by emailing FastiFlow_support@gmail.com.
Account deletion & data removal: Email FastiFlow_support@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated server-side or synced data. Local data stored on your device (Hive) can be cleared in the app’s settings or by uninstalling the app; instructions are provided in the app’s Help section.
Opt-out: You can opt out of analytics and non-essential tracking inside the app settings where such controls are provided.
10. Accessibility & responsible fasting guidance
FastiFlow is a tool to help users track fasting windows and progress. It is not medical advice. Users with medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding users, or those on medications should consult a healthcare professional before starting intermittent fasting.
The app includes non-judgmental wording, adjustable plans, and gentle progress nudges to support healthy, sustainable habits.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will display an updated effective date in the app and Play Store listing. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
