This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the FASTever mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms, developed and operated by BloohostGroup ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring complete transparency regarding how your data is collected, processed, and safeguarded across all our services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the FASTever mobile app, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview of Services Covered

This policy covers all service verticals available within the FASTever ecosystem, including but not limited to:

• Food Delivery: On-demand restaurant meal delivery.

• Instahub: Rapid multi-category grocery fulfillment.

• Morning Orders: Daily fresh essentials and recurring subscription bookings.

• Turf Booking: Slot reservations for sports fields and arenas.

• Car Wash: Vehicle washing and detailing center booking.

• Laundry Services: Pickup, processing, and doorstep delivery of laundry items.

• Home Services: On-demand home care, repair, and utility services.

• Pharmacy & Lab Tests: Healthcare fulfillment, diagnostic center bookings, and prescription orders.

• Cakes & Treats: Specialty confectionery and custom bakery ordering.

2. Information We Collect

To fulfill your orders, navigate delivery routes, and manage bookings across our various hubs, we collect only necessary personal data:

A. Account & Profile Information

• Name: Used to identify you on orders, service bookings, and invoices.

• Phone Number: Used as your primary identifier for secure One-Time Password (OTP) authentication via Firebase Authentication.

• Delivery Addresses: Stored under your account profile to streamline fulfillment for deliveries and home service visits.

B. Precision Geolocation Data

• GPS Coordinates (Latitude & Longitude): Used while the app is actively open to determine exact service area coverage, match you with nearby dark stores, restaurants, service centers, and optimize delivery navigation.

• Background Location Policy: Geolocation is accessed only when the app is in foreground use. We do not collect or track your location in the background when the app is closed.

C. Notification Infrastructure (FCM Tokens)

• We generate and collect a unique Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token associated with your device to send critical real-time alerts:

  • Order dispatch and status updates

  • Booking confirmations (Turfs, Salons, Car Washes, etc.)

  • Essential system, offer, and logistics updates

D. Transaction & Service Order Records

• Details of items ordered, booking timestamps, slot selections, payment status summaries, and historical interaction records across all FASTever service hubs to maintain service logs, generate digital receipts, and resolve customer support inquiries.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process and utilize your data strictly to execute core app features and deliver services seamlessly:

• Account Verification: Authenticating user profiles and securing logins via phone OTP.

• Service Fulfillment: Assigning orders, laundry pick-ups, home service providers, and turf/lab slots to nearby fulfillment nodes and delivery partners.

• Real-Time Order Tracking: Enabling accurate distance calculations and live progress updates.

• Service Notifications: Sending essential transactional updates, delivery alerts, and operational messages via push notifications.

• Customer Support: Resolving issues, handling support inquiries, processing refunds, and issuing invoices.

• System Maintenance: Managing feature availability, dynamic service toggles, and performance monitoring.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for independent marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

Your information is disclosed only to trusted infrastructure providers and logistics partners necessary to operate our service ecosystem:

A. Service Providers & Cloud Partners

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): For OTP phone authentication, secure cloud database storage (Cloud Firestore), and push notification dispatch (FCM).

• Google Maps API: For geolocation geocoding, address autocomplete, distance calculations, and real-time mapping.

B. Delivery & Service Partners

• When you place an active order or request a doorstep service, relevant fulfillment information (such as your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery/Service Address) is shared exclusively with the assigned delivery partner or service provider for the duration of that job.

C. Legal Requirements

• We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, legal processes, or valid government requests to protect the rights, safety, and security of FASTever, our users, or the public.

5. Push Notification Controls

FASTever utilizes push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to communicate order lifecycle events, delivery dispatches, and offer alerts. You can control or disable push notifications at any time through your mobile device’s application settings.

6. Data Security

We enforce technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration:

• All network transmissions between the app, servers, and database modules are encrypted using standard HTTPS / TLS protocols.

• Access to user database collections is enforced through strict server-side Firebase Security Rules and role-based access controls (RBAC).

7. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)

You maintain complete authority over your personal information stored with FASTever.

A. In-App Automated Account Scrubbing

You can permanently delete your account and remove all personal profile records directly inside the app:

1. Open the left navigation menu (Drawer).

2. Tap Delete Account.

3. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Upon confirmation, your profile data, stored addresses, cart configurations, and authentication credentials will be scrubbed from our active databases immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with app services. In the event of account deletion, associated profile data is removed immediately, except where temporary retention is mandated by applicable tax, accounting, or legal compliance frameworks.

9. Children’s Privacy

FASTever services are not targeted at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove such records from our servers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates, new service integrations, or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy in the app or at our hosted privacy URL. Your continued use of the FASTever app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
