These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, mobile application, and services operated under the brand Fast2.in (“Platform”), owned and operated by Fast2.in (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, including placing an order, you (“User”, “Consumer”, “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder
Other applicable laws of India
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2.2 If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind such entity.
3. Nature of Services
3.1 Fast2.in operates an e-commerce platform offering products including, but not limited to, groceries, electronics, fashion, and lifestyle products.
3.2 Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and delivery timelines are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Fast2.in reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access, subject to applicable law.
4. User Obligations
You agree:
To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
Not to misuse or interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security
To comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
5.2 Payments must be made using authorized payment methods available on the Platform.
5.3 Fast2.in shall not be liable for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
6.1 An order shall be deemed accepted only upon dispatch.
6.2 Orders may be canceled by the User only prior to dispatch.
6.3 Once dispatched, cancellation requests shall be governed by the Return and Refund provisions set out below.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Fast2.in’s control.
7.2 Fast2.in shall not be liable for delays arising from force majeure events, logistics partners, or incorrect delivery information provided by the User.
8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
8.1 Return Period
Return requests may be initiated within seven (7) to fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery, subject to product category and eligibility.
8.2 Category-Specific Conditions
a) Groceries
Groceries and perishable items are non-returnable.
Refunds or replacements may be provided only for missing, incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items.
Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
b) Electronics & Appliances
Must be unused and in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
Defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Items marked as Non-Returnable are excluded.
c) Fashion & Lifestyle Products
Must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Innerwear, hygiene-related items, and customized products are non-returnable.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
8.3 Refunds
Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Delivery or convenience charges are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to Fast2.in.
9. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products marked as Non-Returnable
Perishable goods (except as expressly stated)
Customized or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Fast2.in or its licensors.
10.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast2.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast2.in from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or waive statutory rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consumers retain the right to seek redressal before appropriate Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions.
14. Termination
Fast2.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Gwalior, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Amendments
Fast2.in reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
