1. Personal information we collect and use

During your use of our game services, our games will collect information that you actively provide when using the services or that is generated by using the services in the following ways to provide you with and optimize our services and protect your account security:

1.1 When you register or use our game services, we will collect your network identity information to mark you as a user of our games. You can use account registration, guest login or other accounts approved by us (hereinafter referred to as "third-party accounts") to register and log in to any game product under our company's game.

If you use account registration, guest login and (or) third-party accounts as game accounts to log in to our company's games, we will collect the unique identifier, nickname, avatar, friend relationship or other information authorized by you involved in the account registration, guest login or third-party account you use to help you complete registration and login, and achieve a better social experience. You can view and manage the authorization of the above information in account registration, guest login or third-party platform. You can also choose to fill in gender, region and other information to complete your game account information depending on the specific situation of the game product.

1.2 When you use our game services, we will collect your game log information, such as login log, item log, operation information, game information, dating records, etc., so that you can view your game history on the client, and also for customer service complaint handling and other game security analysis. In order to improve your game experience, we may synchronize the above information to subsequent versions of the game.

1.3 To ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of basic game functions, optimize game product performance, enhance your gaming experience and protect your account security, we will collect your device information: application version, application ID, ADID, country/region code, device language, device resolution, system version information and information about your use of the game, such as the date and timestamp of the operation.

1.4 When you use the consumption function of our game products, we will collect your recharge records, consumption records and other information in order to provide services and allow you to query your transaction records, while protecting the security of your virtual items to the greatest extent. Recharge records and consumption records are sensitive personal information. Collecting the above information is necessary to realize the consumption function of our game products, otherwise the transaction will not be completed.

1.5 In order to protect your gaming environment and device security and create a fair, healthy and safe gaming environment, we will collect your device and game identification information, such as device identifiers, hardware and operating system information, installed application lists, process and game crash records, overall game usage, game channel sources, etc., to combat behaviors that undermine the fair gaming environment or interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of gaming services (such as scanning for plug-ins, preventing cheating, etc.). In particular, before you start a game or when there is abnormal installation behavior, we will scan the feature values ​​of the suspicious application installation packages you installed through the application list for plug-in or cheating software detection. We will only complete the above detection locally on your device and report the abnormal results. We will not store your application list and installation package information on the server or use it for any other purpose.

1.6 When you interact with other players in the game through text, pictures, voice, video and other means, we may collect and save the above information you send to filter inappropriate content such as pornography, violence, politics, insults, malicious advertisements, etc., so as to purify the gaming environment and maintain a healthy online environment.

1.7 If you want to interact with other gamers through pictures, voice, and video, or participate in live broadcasts, after you authorize and agree, the game will access your photos or storage files, microphone, and camera to provide you with functions such as screenshot saving, picture uploading, voice chat, and live broadcast interaction. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of our game. You can also cancel the authorization of relevant permissions at any time.

1.8 If you want to interact with nearby gamers, after you authorize and agree to our use of geographic location permissions, we will collect your geographic location information to find nearby gamers so that you can match and team up with nearby players. Geographic location information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will only result in you being unable to interact with nearby gamers, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of our game. You can also cancel your authorization of geographic location information at any time.

1.9 If you choose to use functions such as photo face pinching, we need you to provide and use photos containing your facial recognition features. We will inform you again of the relevant personal information collection and use rules when you use the relevant functions, and obtain your photos through the album or camera after you authorize and agree. You can also choose to refuse authorization or refuse to use related functions, and the refusal will not affect your normal use of other functions of our game. Without further explanation and your consent, we will not retain or use your above photos for other purposes.

1.10 When you copy information in the product for sharing, or receive shared information in the product, we need to access your clipboard locally on the device to read the password, redemption code and other related information for the purpose of obtaining benefits, participating in activities and sharing. We will only read information related to our services to complete relevant instructions and will not store such information. We will not collect other irrelevant information in your clipboard.

1.11 During the game event, if you choose to subscribe to event reminders, we need to apply for calendar permissions from you so that reminders can be set in your device calendar.

1.12 We may collect your mobile phone number if you actively provide it, for notification of the results of the activities you participate in, reporting of game failures, and feedback and communication on matters you consult, or push information or promotional information of interest to you with your consent.

1.13 If you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification to ensure the security of your account. In order to provide services according to your demands, with your authorization, the manual customer service staff needs to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will take technical and management measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information as much as possible and use it within the necessary scope. We may also save your contact information (the mobile phone number, account registration number, visitor login number or other contact information you use or actively provide), your communication records and content with us, and other necessary information to provide you with and record customer service.

1.14 We may analyze your game data to understand your preferences so that we can better show you content that may be of interest in our games. If a product or service involves the above content display, you can manage the display content through the [Settings] of such product or service or in other ways. 1.15 We use cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons, log files, scripts and electronic tags) ("Cookies") to enhance your experience of using this service. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functions. You can choose to allow the installation of such cookies or disable them subsequently. You can accept all cookies, or instruct your device (in the case of games) to provide notification when cookies are installed, or refuse to accept all cookies by adjusting the relevant cookie retention function in your device. However, if you refuse to install cookies, the game may not work as designed.

1.16 We will analyze the operation of our products based on the frequency and situation of users' use of our game products, fault information, performance information, etc. to ensure the security of the service, optimize our products and improve the quality of our services. However, we will anonymize or de-identify the relevant information for analysis, and we will not combine the information we store in the analysis software with the personally identifiable information you provide.

1.17 According to relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:

1) Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;

2) Necessary for responding to public health emergencies or protecting the life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;

3) Processing personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting, public opinion supervision and other activities for the public interest;

4) Processing personal information that is disclosed by individuals or has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with laws and regulations;

1.18 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not included in the above description and collects your information, we will explain the content, scope and purpose of information collection to you through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.

1.19 At present, except for collecting game research information from third-party research institutions to help us improve game products and provide services suitable for you, and the circumstances clearly stated in this Agreement, we will not actively obtain your personal information from third parties. If we need to indirectly obtain and process your personal information from a third party for business development in the future, we will strictly abide by the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, require the third party to obtain your consent and ensure the legality of the information it provides.

2. Sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information

2.1 Sharing of personal information

Except for the circumstances agreed in this Agreement, we will not actively share your personal information with a third party without your consent. If there are other circumstances in which your personal information is shared or you need us to share your personal information with a third party for use beyond the original authorized purpose, we will directly or indirectly obtain your explicit consent to the above behavior through the third party.

1) Agent products

If you use the game products we distribute as agents, we may share the logs and related information (such as login logs, etc.) generated in your game with the developer or relevant third parties for game security analysis, to improve game services, and to further optimize the user's gaming experience. If we share the above information, we will strictly take corresponding compliance measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the sharing of personal information complies with relevant laws and regulations. The aforementioned compliance measures include but are not limited to requiring the developer or related third party to strictly abide by the agreement reached with you under this Agreement to collect and use your personal information, and urging the developer or related third party to take appropriate security technologies and management measures to protect the security of your personal information.

2) Related product services

When you use other products or services ("related products") provided by us that are not our games, we will bind your selected game product account with the related products with your explicit authorization, and share your nickname, avatar, record or other information authorized by you with the related products for display to you or other users in the related products so that you can participate in the game welfare activities in the related products and receive the corresponding benefits. The specific personal information collection and use rules will be synchronized with you when you bind your account, and the account binding and information sharing will be completed after obtaining your authorization and consent. You can view and manage your game history information authorization according to the prompts on the related product [Settings] page, or choose whether to display your game history information to other users. Refusal of authorization does not affect your use of other functions of our games and related products.

3) Third-party services

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the game and realize specific functions, some services in our games are provided by our affiliates or other third parties. We will carefully select third parties and third-party services, urge relevant third parties to collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Agreement or any other agreement reached with you, and take appropriate security technologies and management measures to protect the security of your personal information. Third-party SDK:

Meta: Facebook SDK login function, when providing services, encrypt and store data in accordance with Meta's privacy policy.

Google Play: Google account login and payment functions, according to Google Play's privacy policy, enable users to log in and purchase within the application on the platform;

Adjust data statistics: Report to Adjust: device ID data, user attribution data, network activity data, IP address, user agent, we use this information for data analysis (including operation and maintenance analysis and usage analysis) to improve services on game servers.

Firebase advertising information: device data (operating system, model, app store, app version), device identifiers, event data (session duration, geography, opens/launches/updates, purchases, countries/regions, interests, languages, new/established, ad clicks and impressions), analytics data (usage, clearing, crashes, deletions, payments);

AppsFlyer statistics: technical information: technical information related to your device, technical identifiers: usually only identify your device, browserUnique identifiers of browsers or applications, such as IP addresses, advertising IDs, Open IDs, and user agents;

MQTT protocol: We use the MQTT protocol to implement message push from the server to the game client. MQTT is an efficient and lightweight message transmission protocol suitable for real-time communication. We ensure that appropriate security measures are taken during data transmission, including data encryption and identity authentication, to protect your privacy and data security. We will not transmit personally identifiable information through the MQTT protocol, and the content transmitted is limited to game-related notifications and updates. If you have any questions about the data transmission method or privacy protection measures, please feel free to contact us.

4) Statistical analysis and research

In order to improve our security management and technical research capabilities, promote service security and technical level, and provide users with better services, we will share de-identified or anonymized data with research institutions, scientific research institutes, universities and other institutions within the scope of reasonable necessity, on the premise of ensuring the legitimate purpose and data security. Without your explicit authorization, we will not share information that can be used to identify your personal identity with the above-mentioned institutions.

2.2 Public disclosure of personal information

Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, we will not disclose the collected personal information to the public. If public disclosure is necessary, we will inform you of the purpose of this public disclosure, the type of information disclosed, and the sensitive personal information that may be involved, and obtain your explicit consent.

Please note that if you are subject to processing due to violation of the content of this Agreement or any illegal or irregular behavior during the use of our game, we may announce the processing results and disclose the relevant account information in the announcement.

2.3 Transfer of Personal Information

We will not transfer your personal information to a third party without your authorization. As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers and other transactions. We will inform you of the relevant circumstances and continue to protect or require the new processor to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards not less than those required by this Agreement.

3. Storage of Personal Information

3.1 Method and period of information storage

We will store your information in a secure manner, including local storage (such as using APP for data caching), databases and server logs. In general, we will only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or under the conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. After the expiration of the aforementioned period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. We judge the storage period of personal information mainly by referring to the following standards and the longer of them shall prevail:

1) Complete the business functions you agree to use;

2) Ensure the security and quality of the services we provide to you;

3) Longer retention period you agree to;

4) Whether there are other provisions for retention period.

3.2 Geographical storage of information

We will store the collected user personal information in the game distribution area in accordance with laws and regulations.

3.3 Notification when the product or service stops operating

When our products or services stop operating, we will make announcements and notifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and protect your legal rights and interests in accordance with the law.

4. Cross-border transmission of personal information

If the game you use is developed or provided by overseas developers or related parties (hereinafter referred to as "overseas recipients") and is distributed and operated by us in the region, in order to conduct game security analysis and improve game services, we may provide your relevant personal information collected in accordance with this agreement to the recipients in other regions. Before providing your personal information to recipients in other regions, we will obtain your separate consent in accordance with legal provisions and inform you of the detailed rules for cross-border provision of personal information.

5. Information Security

5.1 Security Protection Measures

We strive to provide protection for the information security of users to prevent information leakage, loss, improper use, unauthorized access and disclosure, etc. We use multi-faceted security protection measures to ensure that the protection of users' personal information is at a reasonable level of security, including technical protection measures, management system control, security system protection and many other aspects.

We recommend that you pay full attention to the protection of personal information when using products and services, and we will also provide a variety of security functions to assist you in protecting your personal information security (such as password setting and modification).

5.2 Security Incident Handling Measures

If a security incident such as personal information leakage occurs, we will activate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding. After a security incident occurs, we will inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, the disposal measures and remedial measures we will or have taken, and our response suggestions to you in the form of announcements, push notifications or emails. If it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will issue a warning through announcements and other means.

6. Your rights

During your use of our game services, we may provide you with corresponding operation settings depending on the specific circumstances of the game products, so that you can query, copy, correct, supplement, delete or withdraw your relevant personal information. You can refer to the specific agreement of the corresponding game product for operation. In addition, we have set up a complaint reporting channel, and your opinions will be handled in a timely manner.

6.1 Query of personal information collection and use rules

You can view the personal information collection and use rules of the product at any time in the [Settings] interface of each of our game products, including but not limited to this Agreement, the "Third-Party Information Sharing List", and the rules and authorization of sensitive permissions of the product.

Please be aware and understand that the services described in this agreement and the corresponding personal information collection and use may differ due to the specific services you choose to use, as well as the device model and system version you use.

6.2 Query and correction of personal information

1) You can query and access your basic account information (account avatar, nickname, and other personal information you choose to fill in) and game history information (such as character level, achievements, records, and game information specific to each product) in the game products you use.

2) You can query the account information corresponding to the account registration account or visitor login account you use to log in to our game through the account pop-up window. If you find that the account information you query is incorrect, you can contact customer service to apply for modification. However, please note that in order to ensure the stability and security of the account and prevent illegal theft and transfer of the account, the frequency of authentication modification will be limited.

3) You can query more information about your use of specific our game products and services in each product according to the actual situation of the product according to the prompts. For details, please see the [Settings] interface instructions of each product.

4) If you have other needs for personal information query, copy, correction, and supplement, you can also contact us through the contact information described in Article 10 of this Agreement. However, please note that when you contact us to respond to your personal information rights, in order to protect the security of your account and personal information, we may verify your identity, account security status, etc. We will support your reasonable requests as much as possible. However, we may not be able to respond to your application if it exceeds the scope of our personal information storage, exceeds reasonable limits, or responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other third parties.

6.3 Display and Sharing of Personal Information

1) Your game account basic information (avatar, nickname, character level) will be displayed on your personal homepage, the rankings you participate in, or related functions.

2) Your game history information (including but not limited to your login status, battle information/status, achievement information) will be displayed to you or other users or friends according to your choice. Game products will provide you with relevant permissions depending on the specific situation, so that you can set whether to publicly display the aforementioned relevant information. For details, please refer to the instructions in each product.

3) The information you upload or publish in our game products, or the information you actively share with others, will be displayed to users within the scope you choose to publish or share.

4) When you authorize a third party to obtain your information in our game, the third party will disclose your relevant information to you or other users of the third party within your authorization scope. Please pay attention to the rules of the third-party platform for specific display rules and public scope settings.

6.4 Changes in authorization to collect and use personal information

You can change the scope of authorization for us to collect and use your personal information by deleting information, turning off or on specific product functions, turning off or on device permissions obtained by specific products (specific permissions vary depending on the device model and system version used by the user).

After withdrawing authorization, you may not be able to use the product function corresponding to the authorization, but it will not affect the use of other functions. Your withdrawal of authorization does not affect the effectiveness of personal information processing activities that have been carried out based on your authorization before the withdrawal.

Some personal information collection and use corresponds to the basic functions of our services. If you want to withdraw the authorization for the collection and use of relevant personal information, it may cause us to be unable to provide you with services. In this case, if you still want to withdraw the relevant authorization, you can achieve this demand by applying for account cancellation. For example, based on the requirements of laws and regulations, real-name authentication must be performed to use game services. If you want to withdraw your authorization for us to collect real-name authentication information and ask us to delete your real-name authentication information, we may not be able to continue to provide you with basic game product services.

6.5 Account cancellation

You can apply for account cancellation in our game product [Settings]-[Account cancellation] or through channels notified separately in the product. When you apply for account cancellation, we will verify your identity, account security status, and cancellation conditions. Please read the instructions in the product cancellation process carefully. Unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or this Agreement, your personal information under the game account will be deleted or anonymized, and the related products and services previously associated with the game account will no longer be associated. Once the game account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please operate with caution.

7. Changes

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. When the rules for collecting and using personal information and other matters stipulated by laws and regulations described in this Agreement change, we will notify you of the changed agreement in an appropriate manner when the version is updated. Please read the changed privacy protection agreement or the content of the agreement carefully. Your continued use of our games indicates that you agree that we collect, process or use your personal information in accordance with the updated privacy protection agreement.

8. Others

The "Game Privacy Protection Agreement" is a general privacy clause uniformly applicable to our games. The contents stipulated therein, including but not limited to user rights and information security measures, are applicable to our game users. Some game products are configured with their own privacy policies to further explain the collection and use of personal information of specific products. If there are any inconsistencies or contradictions between this Agreement and the separate privacy policy of the game product, please refer to the privacy policy configured separately for the product and displayed in the product.
