  • Investigate experimentally friction behavior in fluid power actuators;


  • Develop suitable friction model for fluid power actuators;


  • Develop a complete model for fluid power systems;


  • Propose new control methods that can improve the control performances of hydraulic/pneumatic servo systems.

Theme 2: Digital hydraulic

  • Propose suitable digital hydraulic circuits and digital control methods for position control of fluid actuators;


  • Applied in hydroelectric speed control system design



Theme 3: Hydrostatic transmission in wind turbine

  • Propose suitable digital hydraulic circuits and digital control methods for position control of fluid actuators;


  • Applied in hydroelectric speed control system design
