• Bank account/payment details for payouts

• GST number or business documents (if applicable)

• Logistic link (e.g., tracking URL)

• Invoice PDF uploaded for buyer records

Note:
Sellers cannot upload any other documents besides logistic links and invoice PDFs.

Payments on FashXtreme are processed securely through Razorpay.

Razorpay may collect:

• Card holder name

• Card number (tokenized — we never see or store it)

• UPI ID

• Bank details

FashXtreme does not store any credit/debit card or UPI information on its servers.

1.4 Automatically Collected Data

When you use the app, we may automatically collect:

• App usage statistics

Buyers’ contact details (name, phone number, address) are shared with sellers only for order processing and shipping.

Buyers can see:

• Seller store name

• Product information

• Logistic link for tracking
