Welcome to Fashion World Boutique. By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders

• All custom and designer outfits (Lehengas, Kurtis, Suits, Saris, Blouses, etc.) are made as per the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.
  
  

• Once the order is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations or refunds are not allowed.
  
  

• Delivery timelines for custom outfits may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and seasonal workload.
  
  

2. Fittings & Alterations

• One round of basic alteration is free for outfits stitched by us (within 7 days of delivery).
  
  

• Alteration services for garments not purchased from us are chargeable.
  
  

• Customers are requested to try the outfit at the boutique during collection to ensure proper fitting.
  
  

3. Payments

• For custom orders, a minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  
  

• Remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the product.
  
  

• We accept payments via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Please collect a payment receipt at the time of transaction.
  
  

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking. Delays due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, strikes, natural calamities) will be informed.
  
  

• Outfits must be picked up within 10 days of completion notice. We are not responsible for damage or loss after this period.
  
  

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  
  

• Any defect or issue must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. We will assess and resolve it at our discretion.
  
  

6. Design Rights

• All designs created by Fashion World Boutique are the intellectual property of the boutique.
  
  

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work on our social media and promotional platforms, unless requested otherwise by the customer.
  
  

7. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate measurements and details. Fashion World Boutique is not liable for incorrect sizing due to incorrect inputs.
  
  

• It is the customer’s responsibility to collect items on time and handle garments with care after delivery.
