These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fashine mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”) provided by Vinpix (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting or posting content on Fashine, you grant Vinpix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the App. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Vinpix or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the App's content without our express written permission.
Vinpix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws.
Certain features of Fashine may be available for purchase or subscription. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fashine at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing your use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinpix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinpix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of and access to the App, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
