The in-person portion of FASAL 16 will take place on April 10-11 on the flagship campus of the University of South Carolina, in the student center, Russell House (1400 Greene Street; Columbia, SC 29208) in room 322.
Flights:
The closest airport to the University of South Carolina campus (Columbia, South Carolina) is Columbia airport (CAE), which is less than 15 minutes from campus. If you prefer a larger airport with more direct connections and don't mind renting a car, Charlotte, NC (CLT) is less than 90 minutes from campus.
Accommodations:

We will provide breakfast on both days of the conference (April 10, 11), and a group dinner on Friday, April 10 (more details soon, in walking distance from campus). Lunches and other meals are on your own. Russell House (our venue) has a number of food options that include vegetarian and Halal food which are open all day. We are also walking distance from the Five Points neighborhood with many food and drink options.
