Farytude is a fiction blog created by Farina Jaffer — a marketing professional, lifelong lover of fairytales, and a writer who found her truest escape in storytelling.

Her stories don't belong to just one genre. Some are filled with magical realism and fairytale wonder, while others are emotional and deeply grounded in the warmth of family, the bonds between people, and the small, tender moments that define us. 

Racism, belonging, identity, resilience — these threads run through her work, woven into worlds that make the hardest truths a little easier to hold. 

Writing is how Farina steps out of the everyday and into worlds she builds from scratch. What began as a way to relax slowly grew into something more; a creative space where readers are invited to see their own experiences and questions reflected back at them.

Alongside fiction, Farina has also written a wellness-focused health book and creative coloring books for children, reflecting her love for creativity, mindfulness, and meaningful storytelling for readers of all ages. She also shares thoughtfully selected book recommendations and reading inspiration for fellow book lovers.
