FarmSpace is an AI-powered farm management app designed to help users manage farm operations, teams, inventory, poultry records, finance records, feed formulation, marketplace activities, reports, and related farm workflows.
This Privacy Policy explains what information FarmSpace collects, how it is used, and how users can request deletion of their account and data.
FarmSpace may collect and process the following information:
Account information such as name, email address, user ID, role, farm membership, and login information.
Farm information such as farm name, farm members, permissions, inventory, production batches, poultry logs, feed records, tasks, reports, CRM records, supplier records, buyer records, marketplace listings, and operational records.
Financial records entered by users, including income, expenses, payroll-related records, procurement records, and farm transaction records.
Photos or images selected by users for marketplace listings, community posts, farm records, profile images, or reports.
Location information when users choose to save supplier, farm, delivery, or operational location details.
App activity and usage information needed to support app features, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
Device and notification information such as device identifiers or notification tokens used for app messaging and notifications.

FarmSpace uses third-party services to operate the app, including Firebase and Google services. We do not sell user personal data.
User data may be shared only when necessary to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or provide services requested by the user. Some information may be visible to other authorized users within the same farm account depending on their role and permissions.
Marketplace or community content submitted by users may be visible to other app users depending on the feature used.
We use Firebase and Google Cloud services to store and protect app data. We apply access controls, authentication, and permission-based restrictions to help protect farm records and user information.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users may choose whether to provide certain information, such as images or location details. Some features may not work properly if required information or permissions are not provided.
Users can manage app permissions through their device settings.

Please include the email address used for your FarmSpace account and the farm name, if available.
We will review deletion requests and delete or anonymize account-related data where possible, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons.
We retain user and farm data for as long as needed to provide FarmSpace services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support security.
When data is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it.
FarmSpace is intended for farm owners, farm workers, agricultural businesses, and adult users. It is not directed to children.
