Information you provide

We process your email address and authentication information to create and manage your account. The app uses Supabase Authentication for email and password sign-in.

We store the information you enter: farm name and address/location text; flock, feed, activity and vaccination records; expenses and sales; scheduled tasks; and contact names, phone numbers and addresses. We also store your AI chat history and files you upload, such as images, PDFs, text and CSV files.

How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, record keeping, reports, saved conversations and support. The app does not request GPS location: its location fields contain text you enter. The current app has no advertising or analytics SDK.

AI processing

When you use the AI assistant, your message, relevant farm records and included attachments are sent through RNBlocks’ backend service to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a response. This may include financial information or personal details contained in your records or files. Responses are saved in your chat history. Avoid including information you do not want these service providers to process. You can use record-keeping features without sending an AI message.

Service providers and security

Supabase provides account authentication, database and file storage. The app’s Supabase project is hosted in the United States. RNBlocks routes app requests and AI requests, and Anthropic processes AI requests. These services process data to provide, operate and protect their services. Processing may occur outside your country. Account controls restrict access to stored app records; no online system can guarantee complete security.

Retention and deletion

Account data, farm records, saved chats and uploaded files remain in the app until you delete them or your account. Successful account deletion removes the account, associated records and uploaded files from the app’s active database and storage. Backups, security logs and copies already processed by service providers may remain under their retention policies or legal requirements; deleting the app account does not guarantee their immediate erasure.

Anthropic describes standard API input/output retention of up to 30 days, with exceptions for safety, legal requirements and specific services or agreements. Its current policy is available at:

Your choices and requests

You can review and edit records in the app. To delete your account, use Settings or the Account Deletion page on this website. You can also email farmnfreshofficial@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password.
