1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the conditions and procedures for using the FarmLog Manager application (the “App”).
1.2. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

2.1. The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2. The App does not require any personal data from users and does not collect any information. All data necessary for the App’s functionality is stored on the user’s device and is not transmitted to any server or third party.
2.3. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
3.1. Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3.2. Users shall not engage in any activities aimed at obtaining unauthorized access to the App’s functionality, modifying its code, circumventing technical restrictions, or distributing malicious software.

4.1. The App is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted operation or that the results of using the App will meet user expectations.
4.2. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.
4.3. Because the App does not exchange data with any server or third parties, any loss or corruption of data on the user’s device cannot be attributed to the Developer.
5.1. The Developer reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the Developer may notify users by posting a revised version of the Terms within the App or through other reasonable means.
5.2. Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated version.
6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the Developer is registered, unless otherwise required by local user laws.
6.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to resolution under the applicable laws and in the competent courts of the Developer’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
