Welcome to Farming Adda, a mobile game developed and published by Vikas under the studio name Karmakshetra Games.
By downloading, installing, or using this game (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before playing. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the game.

Important Note for Parents and Guardians: Farming Adda is designed and marketed for a general audience (aged 13 and older). However, due to the casual nature of the game, we understand it may appeal to younger players. If a player is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on their behalf before they begin playing. By allowing a minor to use this Service, you take full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Farming Adda strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.
Exploit bugs, cheats, mods, or third-party automation tools.
Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
Violation of these rules may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the game.
Farming Adda offers an optional in-app purchase (IAP) to remove advertisements. This transaction is securely processed by the Google Play Billing system.
Parental Authorization: We highly encourage parents to utilize Google Play's built-in authentication locks (such as password or biometric verification) to prevent unauthorized or accidental purchases by minors.
Finality & Refunds: All financial transactions are final and processed directly by Google Play. Any refund requests are subject entirely to Google Play’s official refund policies, not Karmakshetra Games.
Restoration: The "Remove Ads" feature is a one-time, non-consumable purchase linked to your Google Play account. It can be fully restored upon reinstallation or when switching to a new device logged into the same account.
Game Progress & Data Loss: While the game utilizes standard local Android backup services to help preserve your progress, we do not provide or maintain an independent, custom cloud-save server. We are not responsible for virtual progress or save states lost due to manual app uninstallation, device factory resets, or clearing the app cache.
The game utilizes the Google AdMob SDK to display advertisements. To support the continued development of the game, we enforce the following ad delivery standards:
Ad Delivery & Personalization: Depending on your region and provided consent, you may receive personalized advertisements based on standard device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID). You can manage these preferences, review your consent status, or opt out of personalized tracking at any time via your device settings or the in-game privacy options menu.
Content Rating: The ad content rating is capped at a Teen (T) level. We rely on Google's automated ad network guidelines to ensure appropriate delivery.
Control: By playing, you acknowledge that ad delivery, rotation, and frequency capping are controlled by Google's automated ad network, not directly by Karmakshetra Games.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you:
Violate these written Terms.
Engage in reverse engineering, hacking, or manipulative behavior.
Interfere with the integrity and security of the game application.
You may also stop using the Service at any time simply by uninstalling the game from your mobile device.
All content inside Farming Adda — including but not limited to the game design, code, 3D models, artwork, UI elements, audio assets, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Karmakshetra Games, Vikas, or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any part of the game without prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
The game’s real-time performance, complete reliability, or error-free operation on all variations of Android hardware.
The absolute persistence of local save data across device hardware failures or OS errors.
You assume all risks associated with downloading and using the game software on your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karmakshetra Games, Vikas, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss, save state corruption, or device malfunction.
Loss of virtual progress or in-game currency.
arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal policies, ad network rules, or Google Play Store requirements. The latest version will always be available within the game or on our official distribution channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your official acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved strictly under the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in India.
