Delete your Farm: Ferma Classic online account
This page is for the game Farm: Ferma Classic by Amooniagames (package com.amooniagames.farmfermaclassic).
You can play the game without an online account. If you used the online features (friends, gifts, raids, collectives, backup), the game made an anonymous online account for you. You can delete it at any time.
Option 1: delete it in the game (fastest)
1. Open the game and tap the gear icon (Settings).
2. In the "Online account" box tap "Delete my online account".
3. Confirm with "Yes, delete it".
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you cannot open the game (for example you uninstalled it), write to taxiwx@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". Because the account is anonymous, we need your friend code to find it: it is shown in the game's Community tab, Friends. If you no longer have it, tell us your display name and your level and we will try to find it. We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your online account and everything tied to it: your display name, friend code, the saved copy of your farm and the online backup, your friends list, requests, gifts, raids and helps, your collective membership, reports you sent, and your notification token. Things already given to other players stay with them without your name.
What is not deleted
The farm saved on your own phone stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are not stored by us. Crash reports are anonymous and are removed after 90 days.
How long it takes
In the game the account is deleted immediately. Backups and logs are cleared within 30 days.
