This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and handled when you use the Farm Cash Manager / शेती रोखवही Android application (the "App"), developed by the developer ("we", "us", or "our").
We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your personal data.
The App is designed as an "offline-first" utility. Its primary function is to help you manage your day-to-day farm cash flow directly on your device.
All data generated by the App—including but not limited to crop selections, transaction amounts, categorizations, photos of bills, and voice notes—is stored locally on your device's internal storage using an encrypted local database. We do not maintain any servers, and your data never leaves your phone through our App.
To provide specific features, the App may request the following permissions from your device:
Camera: The App may request camera access to allow you to take and attach photos to your transactions (e.g., photos of receipts or bills).
Microphone: The App may request microphone access to allow you to record voice notes attached to your transactions.
Important Note: These permissions are processed strictly on your device. We do not have access to your camera, microphone, photos, or audio recordings.
The App does not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics) and does not display advertisements. We do not track your usage behavior or financial data.
Because the App is distributed via the Google Play Store, standard anonymous crash reports and installation metrics may be collected by Google Play services in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. This data is anonymized and aggregated, and cannot be linked back to any individual user by us.
The security of your data is important to us. Because all data is stored locally on your device, you remain entirely in control of it.
Uninstalling the App: If you uninstall the App, all your transaction history and data will be permanently deleted from your phone.
Device Security: We encourage you to use standard device security measures (like a PIN, password, or fingerprint lock) to protect the data stored on your phone from unauthorized physical access.
The App is intended for adult users (farmers and business owners) to manage their finances. It is not designed to appeal to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy and publishing the revised version.
