Farleigh Fields West is located in a highly sustainable location on the eastern side of the village of Backwell in North Somerset. The site is served by a good public transportation network and is located near to an excellent range of local services and facilities within a 10-15 minute walk of the site. The site itself comprises a single agricultural field and an existing residential property on Dark Lane to the east (23 Dark Lane) that will be replaced by the proposed access.
