My name is Fariya Zahir. My friends call me ‘faru’. This actually started as a reaction against my own assertion about my best friend, Tafsir, whom I nicknamed ‘Sidekick’. 

One of the things I love about me is that I’m never obsessed with Being someone’s favorite. That goes to friends, parents, relatives even strangers. I never try hard to prove myself so I can get a spot in someone’s life. I’ve never went out of my way to prove how great of a person I am or what I’m capable of. If you view me from whichever side and you don’t like what you see, that’s on you, people who know and understand me will love me. I don’t force vibes.
