This privacy policy will explain how our organization (Flashcoders – “we” “us” or “our”) uses the personal and other data we collect from you when you use our app.
What data do we collect?
• Personal identification information (email address – optionally provided by you on our “contact us” forms.)
• If things go wrong with our app (a “crash”) we ask your permission to submit Crash reporting information – no personal data is included in these reports and we provide you with an opportunity to review the contents before agreeing to send them to us.
• Should you decide to upgrade to the Premium version of this app, you will use your existing Google Play Store account in order to make a secure payment. Google will send to your device a notification code confirming payment which will be recognised by our app. We can never access your details or your billing information which remains secured by Google. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Voluntarily complete a customer feedback form and optionally choose to provide your email address.
• Agree to send us Crash reports containing non-identifiable data regarding your mobile device and the state of the app leading up to the crash event.
Your data may also be received indirectly from the following sources:
• Our free version uses advertising currently provided by Google and anonymous statistical information is collected by them so they can see whether their adverts are effective. Click here for more information.
• We obtain anonymised analytical information from our analytics service-provider - Google Analytics for Firebase. Click here for more information.
• Certain crash events may be detected by Google’s Crashlytics service and you will asked for your permission to submit Crash reporting information to us – no personal data is included in these reports. Click here for more information.
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:
• Respond to feedback from you, if you request us to do so.
• Improve and develop our app based upon our customer’s suggestions.
• Fix errors and improve our app’s performance based upon the analysis of Crash reports.
• Use anonymised analytical data to help us understand how customers engage with our apps. The information is used to compile reports to help us improve our products.
How do we store your data?
• We securely store your customer feedback forms and crash reporting data using Google’s Firebase cloud storage services, with whom we have contracted to support some of our business operations.
• This third party does not use or have access to your personal data other than for cloud storage and retrieval. We require such parties to employ a professional level of security to protect your personal data conforming to ISO27001. For certification click here.

We will keep your email address (if provided) until we have resolved your request to your satisfaction or for a maximum of 6 months, whichever is the soonest. Once this time period has expired, we will either delete your individual feedback request or run a batch deletion process by date on our database.
Marketing
We do not undertake any marketing activities using our customer’s data.

The right to access – You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to us processing your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
