Full face modular gas mask was designed during Autodesk Ambassador HUB Gas mask design competition, mask designs were reviewed and judged by Autodesk and Stanford University against Gas mask competition criteria(report is attached).
Can be used with NATO filters, NATO 40mm connector compatible.
Can be used with Russian/USSR GP filters GOST 8762-75 (also called 40mm GOST) compatible.
Can be used with anesthetic end respiratory equipment, ISO-5356-1:2015 conical connectors compatible.
Can be used with custom homemade Activated Charcoal + HEPA Filter.
No glue, no tape, no bolts, no nuts, no screws Only proper fittings are used for assembly.
Equipped with moisture absorber compartment inside of mask, can be used rise or silicon moisture absorber from shoes box(useful in hot air environment, will prevent or reduce sweating inside mask).
Мask has a modular design.
Еye protection can be separated from the respirator (respirator and googles can be used separately).
2 Inlet valves, 1 Exhaust valve.
Аt the points of attachment of the filters, the mask is equipped with additional valves that allows user to change the filter while being in a place dangerous for breathing, it also allows to seal the points of attachment of filters while filters are not attached.
Fully 3d-printable design.
When printing infill value must be more than 50%.
Used Filaments: ABS, PET-G, TPU.
Additional materials: Activated Charcoal, Cotton, Silicone, Transparent PVC.
Fusion 360 - Was used for modeling and rendering (perfect for rapid prototyping, easy to setup rendering).
