Grayson is the District Manager for North Dakota, overseeing the Fargo office. He joined the business four years ago after graduating from Davies High School. A graduate of North Dakota State University in Fargo, he earned a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and played collegiate basketball there. With personal sales exceeding $100,000, he was promoted to oversee a District office in 2022 and has since overseen nearly $2 million in sales. He also trains other nationally competitive managers across the United States. Grayson is the founder of the Fargo Family and is dedicated to helping others design the life of their dreams.

Dane began his career at a local McDonald’s and has since amassed more than 20 years of experience with Vector. In 2012, he was promoted to lead the North Star Division and has since championed the development of the Silver Cup Division. Under his leadership, North Star grew from $1 million in its first year to $11.7 million in 2025. Dane currently oversees more than $100 million in career sales and resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife and three daughters. 

He is, unfortunately, a longtime Green Bay Packers fan.
