Refer to the website for specific criteria for each scholarship and application instructions. The Gates Scholarship
Due: September 15, 2026
Applicants must be from at least on the following ethnicities: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian/Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American. Must have a minimum 3.3 GPA and plan to enroll full time in a four year college/university.
LA Tutors Innovation in Education Scholarship
Due: September 20, 2026
Applicants will submit an essay describing an innovative project they have designed that makes a difference in the live of others. Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (or the equivalent).
Girls Impact the World Film Competition
Due: October 1, 2026
Applicants must submit a film about issues that impact women and girls.
AES Engineering Scholarship
Due: October 8, 2026
Applicants will submit an essay about success, accomplishments, and relationships.
LA Tutors Innovation in Education Scholarship

Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards

Applicants must have a minimum unweighted 3.0 GPA and be of Hispanic heritage.
Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship
Due: November 12, 2026
Applicants must but U.S. citizen and current high school senior.
Empowering Women in Tech Scholarship
Due: November 15, 2026
Open to female high school, college, or graduate students in the U.S. interested in technology and entrepreneurship. Students must submit a 1,000 word essay that describes their motivation and interest to pursue a career in technology or entrepreneurship.
LA Tutors Innovation in Education Scholarship

Applicants will submit an essay about success, accomplishments, and relationships.

Student must be an EECU member, joint member or joint owner on an account in good standing and the account must be opened by June 6, 2024.
Smittcamp Family Honors College - President's Honors Scholarship

Applicants must be ranked in the top 10% of their graduating class and have a minimum 3.8 GPA.
BK Scholars Program

Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and planning to enroll full-time at an accredited community college, 4-year college/university, or trade/technical school.

John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Essay Contest
Due: January 12, 2026
Open to students in grades 9-12. Students must write an essay describing an act of political courage by a U.S. elected official who served during or after 1917.
APIA Scholars
Due: January 15, 2027
APIA Scholars has a focus on supporting students who live at or below the poverty line and are in the first generation of their family to attend college.
eQuality Scholarship
Due: January 31, 2026
Students must be graduating high school senior in Central or Northern California with demonstrated service to the LGBTQ+ community.

California Table Grape Agricultural Scholarship
Due: February 6, 2026
Students must be a resident of CA table grape growing regions and planning to pursue a four-year undergraduate degree in a field of study pertinent to table grapes.
Dell Scholars Program

Open to students who participated in a college readiness program (AVID, Upward Bound, etc.) during 11th and 12th grade.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund

Applicants must be of Hispanic heritage with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Beverage Industry College Scholarship Program

Applicants should have parents or grandparents that maintain a company that holds a valid California beverage alcohol license (restaurants, retail, grocery, convenience stores, drug stores, airlines, wineries, breweries, etc.)
The Dream National Scholarship
Due: February 25, 2026
Open to undocumented immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2019.
Tri Counties Bank Scholarship (Income Based)
Due: February 25, 2026
Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and a Student Aid Index (SAI) of 0 or less.

Applicants must be a graduating senior from Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, or Tulare counties with a GPA of 2.5 or better. He or she must have plan to attend a university, junior college, or trade school pursuing a career in one of the following fields or other related transportation field: Accounting, Anthropology, Archaeology, Animal or Plan Biology, Business Administration, Communications, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Equipment Operations, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Information Technology, Landscape Architecture, Legal, Planning, Project Management, Real Estate, Surveying.
Caltrans District 6/Central Region Employee Family Scholarship

Applicants must be related to a current, former, or retired Caltrans District 6/Central Region employee AND be a graduating senior from Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, or Tulare counties with a GPA of 2.5 or better. Anthony Brucia Success Award Foundation

A student who is expected to graduate at the end of this school year. A student who has overcome significant challenges and/or obstacles. A student who has made an impressive "turn around" for success while in high school.

AMG & Associates- Future Builders Scholarship Program
Due: April 3, 2026
Applicants must be a graduating senior from Fresno, California and plan to pursue a college degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
Central California Asian Pacific Women Scholarship
Due: April 5, 2026
Applicants must be Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) women pursuing higher education who are from Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or Tulare County, or have been residing in one of these areas for at least 5 years.

Applicants must reside and currently be enrolled as full-time high school Seniors within Fresno County. Applicants must plan to attend an accredited college or university and provide proof of college acceptance and enrollment. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.8 who reside in the United States and is of Hmong race or ethnically identified as Hmong American. Applicants must plan to attend a U.S. Accredited 4-Year College/University or Community College as a 1st year student in Fall 2026 and be able to submit proof of a household income at or below the Federal/State/County Low Income Level.

Mayor Lee Brand Scholarship

This scholarship is aimed at supporting high school seniors with average academic records who aspire to pursue a college degree. The $1,000 award is designed to help jump-start their academic journeys.

Nueva Generacion Scholarship
Due: May 3, 2026
Applicants must be a child of a farmworker, have a GPA of 2.0 or more, and be enrolled at a college, university and/or vocational/trade school for Fall 2026.
ACSA Fresno Unified Charter Holland Locker and Tim Liles Scholarship
Due: May 8, 2026
Applicants must be a child (age 26 or younger) of an ACSA Fresno Unified Charter member and is a high school senior entering college, continuing college student, or a student completing a job certification or training program.
The Trotter Project Scholarship
Due: May 15, 2026
The Trotter Project scholarships are available to high school seniors or anyone enrolling or currently enrolled in an accredited US college or university for the upcoming academic year. The Trotter Project scholarships aim to support talented individuals and look forward to their future contributions to the foodservice and hospitality industry. Must have a 2.5 unweighted GPA or higher.
