Farben Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") acquires personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") from users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") in providing the D2D App and Daily Calendar (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Company complies with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information and strives to protect Users' Personal Information.  

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies when the Company acquires, uses, and manages Personal Information from Users.  

Article 2 (Information to be Acquired)

The Company acquires the following information from Users:

• Purchase history, usage history

• Device information (IP address, device identifier, browser type, OS type, etc.)

• Location information (with User consent)

• Other information provided by Users to the Company

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

The Company uses the acquired Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To confirm identity, age, and eligibility for use

• To respond to violations of the Terms of Use and prevent unauthorized use

• For purchase, order, payment, delivery, return, exchange, repair, and after-sales service of products and services

• For advertising distribution, advertising effectiveness measurement, and targeted advertising

• For market research, marketing analysis, and product/service development and improvement

• To conduct surveys, campaigns, and events

• To provide important notices, changes to terms, and service-related information

Article 4 (Use of Cookies)

The Company may acquire files such as Cookies and similar technologies that are stored on the information communication terminal of Users who access the website, in order to analyze the access and usage status of the website and the Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Websites, etc."), distribute advertisements, and improve the convenience of the Websites, etc.  

The Company may associate Cookies with Users' Personal Information. The Company manages Cookies associated with Users' Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, recognizing that such Cookies are Users' Personal Information.

The Company may provide information acquired by third-party companies through Cookies to provide advertising distribution services offered by such third-party companies. The information provided does not include personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Users can refuse the use of Cookies by changing their browser settings. However, if Users refuse the use of Cookies, some functions of the Service may become unavailable.

Article 5 (Safety Management Measures)

The Company takes the following safety management measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and to properly manage collected information:

• Formulation of basic policy:

  • Establish a basic policy regarding the protection of Personal Information and ensure that employees are fully aware of it.

• Development of handling rules:

  • Establish handling rules for each stage of acquisition, use, storage, and disposal of Personal Information and ensure that employees comply with them.

• Development of organizational structure:

  • Establish a Personal Information Protection Manager and establish a Personal Information management system.

  • Conduct regular education and training for employees.

• Human safety management measures:

  • Limit the scope of employees who handle Personal Information and manage access rights.

  • Conclude contracts with employees regarding the confidentiality of Personal Information.

• Physical safety management measures:

  • Manage entry and exit to and from places where equipment and documents that handle Personal Information are stored.

  • Take measures to prevent theft or loss of equipment that handles Personal Information.

• Technical safety management measures:

  • Implement access control to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Information.

  • Encrypt and store Personal Information.

  • Introduce security software and take measures against unauthorized software and viruses.

  • Regularly inspect information systems that handle Personal Information.

  • Understanding of external environment:

  • When handling Personal Information in a foreign country, implement safety management measures after understanding the system for protecting Personal Information in that foreign country.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide acquired Personal Information to third parties without obtaining User consent in advance, except in the following cases:

• Cases based on laws and regulations

• Cases in which it is necessary to protect human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain User consent

• Cases in which it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain User consent  

• Cases in which it is necessary for a national institution or local public body, or a person entrusted by them, to cooperate in carrying out affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and there is a risk of hindering the execution of the affairs by obtaining User consent.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the provider of the Personal Information shall not be considered a third party:

• Cases in which Personal Information is provided as a result of the Company entrusting all or part of the handling of Personal Information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use  

• Cases in which Personal Information is provided due to the succession of business due to merger or other reasons  

• Cases in which information is provided to affiliated companies within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

Article 7 (Joint Use of Personal Information)

The Company may jointly use Personal Information as follows:

• Items of Personal Information to be jointly used: Name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase history, etc.

• Scope of joint users: Group companies, affiliated companies

• Purpose of use by joint users: Purpose of use specified in Article 3

• Person responsible for managing Personal Information: Farben Trading Co., Ltd.

Article 8 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)

The Company may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations, changes in social conditions, business needs, etc. The revised Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.

Article 9 (Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.)

Users can make the following requests to the Company in accordance with this article:

• Request for notification of the purpose of use of Personal Information from Users

• Request for disclosure of User's Personal Information

• Request for correction, addition, or deletion of the content of User's Personal Information held by the Company, in cases where the content is not factual

• Request for suspension or deletion of the use of User's Personal Information in cases where the Personal Information is handled beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use notified or announced to the User, or in cases where the Personal Information is acquired by deception or other fraudulent means

• Request for suspension of the provision of User's Personal Information to a third party in cases where the Personal Information is provided to a third party in violation of the provisions of Article 23, paragraph 1 or Article 24 of the Personal Information Protection Law.

When making a request in the preceding paragraph, please specify which request is applicable from each item in the same paragraph and submit documents for identity verification (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, copy of residence certificate (issued within 3 months)).

有限会社ファーベン商会（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社がD2D Appおよび日めくりカレンダー（以下「本サービス」といいます。）を提供するにあたり、ご利用される皆様（以下「利用者」といいます。）の個人に関する情報（以下「個人情報」といいます。）を取得します。当社は、個人情報保護に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守し、利用者の個人情報の保護に努めます。

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、当社が利用者から個人情報を取得、利用及び管理するときに適用されます。

第4条（Cookieの利用）

当社は、ウェブサイト及び本サービス（以下、これらを総称して「ウェブサイト等」といいます。）のアクセス及び利用状況の分析、広告配信並びにウェブサイト等の利便性向上のために、ウェブサイト等にアクセスした利用者の情報通信端末に保存されるCookie等のファイル及びこれに類似する技術を取得することがあります。  

当社は、Cookie等と利用者の個人情報を関連付けることがあります。当社は、利用者の個人情報と関連付けたCookie等が利用者の個人情報であることに鑑み、当該Cookie等を本個人情報保護方針の定めに従って管理いたします。

当社は、第三者企業が提供する広告配信サービスを利用するため、当該第三者企業がCookie等によって取得する情報を提供することがあります。提供する情報は、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報は含みません。

利用者は、ブラウザの設定を変更することにより、Cookieの利用を拒否することができます。ただし、Cookieの利用を拒否した場合、本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

第5条（安全確保の措置）

当社は、収集した情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために、以下の安全管理措置を講じます。

• 基本方針の策定:

  • 個人情報保護に関する基本方針を定め、従業員に周知徹底します。

• 取扱規程の整備:

  • 個人情報の取得、利用、保管、廃棄等の各段階における取扱規程を定め、従業員に遵守させます。

• 組織体制の整備:

  • 個人情報保護責任者を設置し、個人情報の管理体制を確立します。

  • 従業員に対し、定期的な教育・研修を実施します。

• 人的安全管理措置:

  • 個人情報を取り扱う従業員の範囲を限定し、アクセス権限を管理します。

  • 従業員と個人情報の秘密保持に関する契約を締結します。

• 物理的安全管理措置:

  • 個人情報を取り扱う機器や書類を保管する場所への入退室管理を行います。

  • 個人情報を取り扱う機器の盗難・紛失防止策を講じます。

• 技術的安全管理措置:

  • アクセス制御を実施し、個人情報への不正アクセスを防止します。

  • 個人情報を暗号化して保管します。

  • セキュリティ対策ソフトウェアを導入し、不正ソフトウェアやウイルス対策を行います。

• 外的環境の把握:

  • 外国において個人情報を取り扱う場合、当該外国の個人情報の保護に関する制度等を把握した上で、安全管理措置を実施します。

第6条（個人情報の第三者への提供）

当社は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ないで、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

法令に基づく場合

人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。

公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。  

国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。 2. 前項の定めにかかわらず、次に掲げる場合には、当該個人情報の提供先は第三者に該当しないものとします。  

当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託することに伴って当該個人情報が提供される場合

合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合  

利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、提携企業に提供する場合。

第7条（個人情報の共同利用）

当社は、以下のとおり、個人情報を共同利用する場合があります。

共同利用する個人情報の項目：氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、購入履歴等

共同利用する者の範囲：グループ会社、提携企業

共同利用する者の利用目的：第3条に定める利用目的

個人情報の管理について責任を有する者：有限会社ファーベン商会

第8条（本プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当社は、法令改正、社会情勢の変化、事業上の必要性等に応じて、本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第9条（開示、訂正等の手続）

利用者は、本条に従って、当社に対し以下の求め又は請求を行うことができます。

利用者から個人情報の利用目的の通知の求め

利用者の個人情報の開示の請求

当社が保有する利用者の個人情報の内容が事実でない場合における、当該内容の訂正、追加又は削除の請求

利用者の個人情報が利用者に対して通知若しくは公表した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて取り扱われた場合又は当該個人情報が偽りその他不正の手段によって取得された場合における、当該個人情報の利用の停止又は消去の請求

利用者の個人情報が個人情報保護法第23条第1項又は第24条の規定に違反して第三者に提供されている場合における、当該個人情報の第三者への提供の停止の請求  

前項の求め又は請求にあたっては、同項各号のうちいずれの請求か特定の上、本人確認のための書類（運転免許証、パスポート、健康保険証、住民票の写し（発行から3ヶ月以内のもの））をご提出頂きます。  

請求方法、受付窓口、回答期間については、別途定める手続きに従います。
