GPP International Training Programme 2022

Introduction:

Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) is the practice of pharmacy that responds to the needs of the people who are served by the pharmacists with optimal, evidence-based care. In this training programme, we have made our efforts to standardise pharmacy practices and processes for Asian countries, therefore, the quality of medication use, the safety of dispensing processes, and so on are assured. To reach the goals listed above, we team up with experts from the Taipei Veterans General Hospital and Koo Foundation Sun Yat-Sen Cancer Center. The very first training programme was held in Taipei, Taiwan 2012.

This year, to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the GPP training programme, a series of online courses will be held in July and August! Each course contains 120 minutes of lecturing and discussion.

Training Time:

July 7th, 14th, 21th, 28th and August 4th, 2022 (Every Thursday) GMT +8 Time 6:00-9:30 PM

Training Topic:

Medication Distribution System, Inventory Management, Sterile Product Preparation, Clinical Pharmacy Services, Wrap up discussion.

Application Time:

The application deadline is April 20th (Wednesday) 2022. The committee will select 20-25 attendees out of all the applications. The announcement of selected participants will be revealed in May 15th, 2022.
