The winner of each league will be entered into a raffle, prizes to be announced.

Draft

Completing your draft:

Drafting Order-
- Snake Draft: In Snake Drafts, teams take turns drafting players live, with the pick order reversing each round.
- Randomized Straight Draft: In a Straight Draft, each team drafts in the same order every round.
Drafting Styles: Once you decide on your drafting style, you can determine if a live draft or slow draft is easier for your league.
- Slow draft: message your draft pick when its your turn, on your own time. Please be respectful of other peoples time.
- Live draft: If convenient, set up a time to video chat, meet in person, and do submit your drafts in real time.

Draft Rules

Once selected, that Hero cannot be drafted by another Fantasy player. After the draft there are no trades or roster management since your highest scoring player at each position is slotted into your active lineup.
We will have a locked roster. Once we open draft submissions, we will not make any changes to the roster, even if a trailer drops.
Drafts open and close dates to be announced.

The Point System

Points are per title unless otherwise stated. Titles are movies and Disney+ shows released in 2023.

Appearance | +5 (Max once per title)

Character appears for a majority of the duration of the title such as Main Characters or Supporting Characters

Cameo | +2 (Max once per title)

Films: Roster characters that make a short appearance in a single scene, or single location within a movie. Does not return throughout the title. (Example: Daredevil in No Way Home, Guardians in Thor: Love and Thunder)
Contested cameos will be deferred to 10% of screen time as a tiebreaker
Show: Roster characters that make an appearance in a single episode. More than one episode will count as an appearance.

Mentions | +1 (Max 3 points per title)

Photographs or symbols, direct name mentioned.
Mantle mentions are context based and up to creators discretion
Mentions and cameo points can be combined, however the mention points will cease once a cameo is made.

Variant | +1 (Max 3 points per title)

Bonus | +1. (Max 1 point per title)

Players can draft one Item, Location, and Organization from the approved roster, and get one additional point per title per bonus category when that item/location/organization is verbally referred to (Mjolnir / Wakanda / SHIELD) or appears.
One point per title, not per mention.

Hail Hydra | +10 (Max once per year)

Hail hydra is a character you want to show up, but has not been officially casted by the MCU for the draft year (Reed Richards in Dr. Strange MoM)
Hail Hydras can be villains
Rostered characters do NOT qualify for Hail Hydra
Have to see character in the flesh. Do not need to speak.

Malicious intent | -1 (Max once per title)

Intentionally hurting a bystander or hero
If you are an agency leader responsible for ordering malicious intent, you lose points (Example: Agent Deever in Ms Marvel)

Injury / loss of powers | -1 (Max once per title)

Hurt to the point it affects their ability to “hero” for the remaining duration of the title
Example - Getting stabbed/impalement bad (Valkyrie), losing a limb (Sif), being paralyzed (Rhodes), burned
Getting powers back at end of title will return point (Thor 01)

Skrulled | -2 (Max once per title)

If a character has a performance during a title, and it turns out they are a Skrull (example: Far From Home), then the character that got replicated will lose points.
Must see the change or reveal within the title
If the character is still in the property, and a skrull turns into them, this doesn't count.

Murder | -3 (Max once per title)

Deceased (Presumably) = -3 (Max once per title)

If your character dies or is presumed dead in the title. Example - Wanda, Kilmonger, Thanos
If revived by end of title, points will be returned (Marc Spector)
