Andrew Stracuzzi, B.A., M.A. - Coordinator, eLearning Curriculum
Andrew holds a B.A (Huron) and an M.A. in English Language and Literature from Western University (London) and has been a full-time professor in the School of Language and Liberal Studies since 2002, teaching communications and cultural theory. In addition, Andrew has occupied the role of eLearning Curriculum Coordinator for the past 8 years where his spends his time planning, advising and supporting an array of eLearning initiatives. Andrew has engaged in various PD certifications in online and technology-enabled learning, including the Master Online Teaching Certification from ION as well as holding the role of Quality Matters Coordinator for the college. Andrew's current interests include Accessibility and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), alternative credentialing in Higher Education (Open-Badging), and drinking wine.

Catherine Steeves, B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed. - Instructional Support Technologist
Catherine holds a B.A. (Honours) and a B.Ed. from the University of New Brunswick, an Adult Education Certificate from Cambrian College, and a Masters in Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia. After several years in the K-12 system, teaching at home and abroad, she moved into higher education. Catherine supports faculty in the English Language Institute and the School of Language and Liberal Studies by information and advice on incorporating technology into the curriculum. She also helps in the design and the development of new courses and programs, working with Subject Matter Experts to create pedagogically and technically sound courses. Catherine’s interests include the integration of technology and education, including changing teaching and learning with technology, universal design, and personalization of learning

Sue Deakin, B.A, MAcc - Acting Chair
Sue is currently the Acting Chair at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business; she is also Professor of Accounting, joining the faculty in 2006. Sue earned an Honours BA in Chartered Accountancy Studies and a MAcc from the University of Waterloo . Sue completed her co-op education with Arthur Andersen & Co in Toronto. She continued to work there upon graduation and eventually returned to her hometown of London in 1992. She then worked as a Controller/VP Finance for Cornerstone Properties for the next 15 years prior to joining Fanshawe. Sue was President of the Southwestern chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) for 3 years and currently serves on the National Board. Sue enjoys a variety of sporting activities and has been active in the community with coaching and managing local sports teams. Sue has a keen interest in technology in the classroom. She has also completed the ION Masters Certificate in Online Teaching.

Shauna Roch, B.A., MBA, CPA,CMA - Online Learning Coordinator
Shauna earned a BBA Honours degree with a concentration in Finance from Brock University in 2001, and became a Certified Management Accountant in 2004. She then continued her studies at McMaster University, and completed a MBA with a concentration in finance in 2014. She has worked in public accounting, and held positions in finance. She has been teaching accounting and finance at Fanshawe College for the past 10 years, and has held the position of Online Coordinator for over two years. She is a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer, and has completed the ION Masters Certificate in Online Teaching. She is passionate about educational technology and is planning to continue formal studies in this area in January 2018.
