These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FanRoar mobile application ("App"), operated by FanRoar ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FanRoar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use FanRoar you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age

• Not have been previously banned from the App

• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. User Accounts

• You may use FanRoar as a guest (no account required)

• You may optionally sign in with Google

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure

• You must not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Spam or flood chat rooms

• Impersonate other users or public figures

• Post illegal, obscene, or harmful content

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App

• Use bots or automated tools in the App

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these rules without notice.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of messages and content you post

• By posting content, you grant FanRoar a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App

• You confirm that your content does not violate any third party rights

• We may remove any content at our discretion

6. Guest Users

• Guest users are identified by a device ID

• Guest data may be lost if you uninstall the App

• We recommend signing in with Google to preserve your account

7. Advertisements

FanRoar displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

8. In-App Purchases (FanRoar Pro)

• FanRoar offers optional paid subscriptions ("FanRoar Pro")

• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store policies

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Match Data

• Live match data is provided by third-party APIs

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of match data

• FanRoar is not affiliated with any football club, league, or governing body

10. Intellectual Property

• All FanRoar branding, design, and code is owned by FanRoar

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FanRoar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Accuracy of match data or content

• That the App will meet your expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanRoar shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data or profits

• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FanRoar at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
