1. Zero-Tolerance Statement

Vibecode and Fan Mail maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of child exploitation or endangerment.

Any user who posts, transmits, shares, or attempts to distribute content related to CSAM or CSAE will be permanently banned from the application, and their account details will be immediately reported to law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Fan Mail to:

1. Upload, generate, share, store, or transmit any images, text, media, or links depicting or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

2. Engage in grooming, solicitation, harassment, or harm directed at minors.

3. Share or promote non-consensual imagery involving minors.

3. Moderation, Detection, and Enforcement

To ensure community safety and compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Fan Mail enforces strict safety protocols:

• In-App Reporting: Users have direct access to a Report flag button on every user-generated post to flag inappropriate content immediately.

• Admin Moderation Queue: All reported content is routed to a dedicated Admin Moderation Queue where administrators review and remove flagged content.

• Account Termination & Banning: Accounts associated with CSAE or CSAM violations are permanently terminated, and the user's identifier is blocked.

4. Reporting to NCMEC and Law Enforcement

In accordance with applicable laws (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A):

• Any instance of CSAM or CSAE identified within Fan Mail will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.

• Full cooperation and data retention will be provided to law enforcement authorities for legal investigation.
