We are dedicated to working with the Amherst Town Council to reach more families and give them the resources they may need for their children. Morning Mentoring and Movement Program allows us to work directly with the children in Amherst Public Schools.

- Tips for students to reduce stress
- Methods for students to deal with racial/ethnic discrimination
- Addressing concerns parents have with their adolescent attending college for the first time
- Emotional coping strategies for adolescents
- Teaching students about psychological and neuroscience research
