Most records entered in Family Vision Archive are stored locally on your device. This means the app does not automatically upload your family vision records to our server.
If you delete the app or delete your records inside the app, locally stored data may be removed from your device.
4. Quote Request by Email
Submitting an eyewear quote request is optional.
If you choose to submit a quote request, the information entered in the quote request form may be sent by email to the developer for follow-up.

- Family member vision prescription details entered in the quote request form
- Eyewear needs or preferences
- Any message or notes you provide
The app does not automatically send prescription records unless you choose to submit a quote request.
The quote request email may be processed by your email provider and the developer’s email provider.
The current version of the app does not send prescription photos or uploaded eye exam documents to the developer through the quote request feature.
