Meet the starting team. Rahmel Perry and Madison Perry (Bonnie) started Family Only Landscaping in March 2021 as Pros on the Thumbtack app. From there, they grew their business into its own LLC.
Rahmel is a family man. He grew up in Virginia where his father ran a contractor business. So from a young age, Rahmel was taught the ropes to being a hard working man. He decided he needed something different so he moved to Oregon where he met Bonnie and started his life, utilizing the skills his father taught him and starting his own business.
Madison, who often goes by Bonnie, is the beautifier. Growing up in Beaverton, Oregon, she is a natural outdoors-person. She is eager to hear your ideas and share her own. With her on your side, you are be sure to be completely satisfied with your finished project. You will mostly be working with her online, via email or text. She runs the operations but works alongside Rahmel on some days.
Rahmari and Milana are the eye candy, as well as our motivation and support. They will be the next face of this business. Without them, we would not be Family Only Landscaping.
