About Our Director

Our director, Addelle Boston, With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Addelle Boston brings a strong clinical and leadership background to Family First Inc. Her hands-on experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medication Aide, and Medical Assistant, providing direct care and support to individuals across a variety of settings.

Addelle holds both an associate degree in Healthcare Management from Ultimate Medical Academy (2020) and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University (2025), where she graduated on the Dean’s List.

Her passion for serving others, combined with her extensive healthcare knowledge, drives her mission to support families and individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate, reliable, and high-quality respite care.
