Is the event free?
Yes, the Family Conference is free for all families. 

Who is the event for?
Parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, autism, rare or genetic conditions, and medical needs.  

Unfortunately, due to limited spaces, we cannot welcome professionals to this event. 

Do I need to register?
Yes. Places are limited, and registration ensures we can plan catering, seating, and breakout groups. 

Can I bring my child/children?
The event is designed for adults. Limited childcare available on request for children aged 2 years and older. Please only apply if you have no alternative childminding options.

How do I request childcare?
When registering, indicate if you need childcare. Plumtree will contact you with an application form. 

Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. Light savoury snacks, biscuits, tea and coffee will be available. 

Can I choose which breakout group to attend?
Yes. You’ll be asked to select either Early Years or School Years during registration. 

Will the sessions be recorded?
No, this event is in-person only. Sessions will not be recorded. 

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Plumtree is accessible. Please let us know if you have specific access requirements. 

Where can I park?

There is all-day parking available on Yabsley Avenue and Malakoff Street, both just a short walk from Plumtree.

What if I register and can’t make it?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another family.
