Convention Guidelines
To help provide a safe, peaceful, and spiritually enriching retreat for every family, we ask all attendees to review and follow the guidelines below.

All convention rules and guidelines must be followed.
For everyone's safety, and to help us keep track of all children and families, attendees are expected to remain on the retreat property for the duration of the convention. If you need to leave the property, please notify the priest overseeing the retreat.

The retreat property will serve as the meeting place for all attendees. Accommodations will be assigned by family. Please do not invite other attendees into your room.
Families will be financially responsible for any damage to their assigned accommodations.
Pets are not permitted.

Modest attire is required throughout the retreat. Please bring appropriate clothing for meetings, sports, leisure activities, prayers, and liturgies.
Shorts and sleeveless tops are not permitted during prayers or liturgies.

Attendance at all liturgies, lectures, and scheduled events is expected.
Please silence or turn off cellular phones and other electronic devices during scheduled activities.
Only registered convention attendees are permitted on the retreat property as convention guests. Please do not invite unregistered visitors.

Smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, and illegal/recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
Please remember that this is a Christian retreat, and all attendees are expected to conduct themselves accordingly.
Use of the swimming pool is not permitted.

Any disorderly conduct that interferes with another participant's ability to enjoy a peaceful and spiritual retreat will be addressed immediately.
By registering for the convention, you acknowledge that you and all family members included in your registration agree to follow these guidelines, which have been established for the spiritual benefit and personal safety of everyone attending.

Before submitting your registration payment, please review your total carefully.
Our registration platform, Zeffy, automatically pre-selects an optional 15% contribution to Zeffy at checkout. If you would like to change this amount, select “Other” from the drop-down menu and leave the amount blank or enter a different amount (for example, $1).
Please double-check your total before completing payment. If the additional Zeffy contribution is charged to your card, we are unable to reverse it on your behalf.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a charge, please contact us directly rather than disputing the charge with your credit card company. A credit card dispute results in a chargeback against the church’s account and may cause the account to be flagged or temporarily frozen.

Choose the correct registration for each person in your family:
Ages 8+ — $100 per person
Adults and children age 8 and older
Ages 4–7 — $75 per child
Ages 2–3 — $50 per child
Under Age 2 — FREE
Please still add children under age 2 so we know they are coming.
Please enter each person’s name when registering. Names will be used for Convention IDs.
Only coming for one day?
Day passes are available for guests who will attend for one day and will not stay overnight. Please see the registration form for day-pass options.

If I am a family of 5 how should I register?
Please reserve two rooms.
Will there be services for the kids?
Yes there is a separate program for kids according to their age. That is why you must submit your kids' ages.
How do I register kids under 3?
Kids under 2 are free (ie. 0-2 years old). However, please do let us know if you have infants under 2.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please do not forget to bring any medications, personal needs, etc. Deacons should bring Tunics. You will need appropriate attire for prayers and liturgies. You may also wish to bring towels for personal use.
Can I register for only part of the convention?
Yes, you can purchase a day pass and attend on that day only. You will have to specify which day you are attending.
Can I cancel and obtain a refund?
Unfortunately, as there is advance planning for the convention, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
