Rules and Registration

† General

1. All convention rules must be followed.

2. For your safety, and in order to keep track of all the kids, everyone is expected to remain on hotel property for the entire retreat. If you plan on leaving the retreat you must notfiy the priest overseeing the retreat.

† Housing

1. The hotel will be the meeting place for all attendees. Room accommodations will be assigned by family.  Please do not invite others into your room.

2.  Occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the room occupied.

3.  Long distance phone calls can only be made through the use of credit and phone cards.

4. No pets are allowed.

† Attire

1. Modest attire is required at all times. Please bring appropriate clothes for the meetings, sports, and leisure activities.

2. NO SHORTS OR SLEEVELESS TOPS are allowed during prayers and liturgies.

 † Attendance

1. Attendance at all liturgies, lectures and events is expected.

2. Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off during scheduled activities.

3. Convention attendees MAY NOT bring outsiders to the hotel who are not registered in the convention.

† Behavior

1. Smoking, vaping and the consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs is strictly prohibited.

2. Please remember this is a Christian retreat and as such you are expected to act accordingly.

3. The use of the swimming pool is not permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: Any disorderly conduct that limits the other participants’ right to enjoy a spiritual

retreat will be dealt with immediately.

By registering for the convention you and all family members registered by you agree to adhere to the above guidelines which have been set forth for your spiritual benefit and personal safety. 

When submitting your payment for your registration, the platform (Zeffy) we use automatically pre-selects a donation of 15% to the technology platform. To modify this, you can select 'Other' from the drop-down list and leave it blank or enter a different amount (ex: $1). If you do not do this and your card gets charged, we have no way of undoing this for you so please pay attention. And, please do NOT dispute any charge with your credit card company. This imposes a chargeback on the church's account and flags/freezes the account.
