This name encapsulates the intense taste experience of fir tree honey, while also highlighting its connection to the serene and pristine mountain landscapes where the fir trees grow  up at an altitude of 900 m.

Symbolizes the lost-burnt pine tree forest of our village, where we used to harvest a unique salty pine tree honey. Now, we have to move nomadic the hives, and collect this new pine tree honey from the central part of our island that was not affected by fires.
