Falsgrave Park was created as a public park sometime between 1875 and 1892, where the park was used even then as a green area for informal recreation by the close community of Falsgrave. But the park's historical significance dates back to the 1300 century.

We are proud to have been awarded The Green Flag again for the twentieth year.

The park is also known for its walks, woodlands, play areas, dog-friendly and dog-free zones, and a wildflower meadow. It has been recognized with Green Flag status.

Falsgrave Park is valuable community green space, attracting visitors from all over Scarborough to its play area, scenic variety, woodland splendor and stunning coastal views.
What we do
What we do
We hold several events every year in our beautiful park: monies raised go towards enhancements for the park or new equipment.
This year we are contributing to a defibrillator that will be installed at St James Church Hall.
