Our club is committed to living the 4-H pledge: I pledge head to clearer thinking, my heart to greater loyalty, my hands to larger service, and my health to better living, for my club, my community, my country, and my world.
Community services projects and community engagement events are an important part of our club. We try to have 3-4 projects each year. We have made a quilt for the Linus Project, cleaned up the Anacostia River while kayaking, collected coats for families in need, and made blankets for shelter animals, just to name a few of our projects.
