My Tutoring Philosophy

Part of the work that I was assigned during the Writing Center internship program was to construct a tutoring philosophy. In short, this is an essay containing the reasoning behind my tutoring strategies as well as how I choose to implement them. It is immensely important that anyone who comes to me for help with an assignment leaves feeling more confident in their abilities as a writer, and that they have faith in the work they are doing.
