Privacy Policy for "Fall'n Fashion"
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
Welcome to "Fall'n Fashion" (referred to as "the App", "we", "our", or "us").
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding that data when you use our App.
2. Data Collection by the App Itself
The App itself does not collect, request, or store any personal data.
We do not directly access your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any device identifiers. We also do not use any analytics tools or crash reporting services on our own.
3. Local Data Storage (App-Generated)
The App may store certain data locally on your device (for example: game progress and recent location within the app).
This data is stored exclusively on your device's internal storage.
This data is never transmitted over the internet or shared with us or any third party.
You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage through your device settings.
4. Third-Party Services – Unity Ads (Mediation)
The App uses Unity LevelPlay (provided by Unity Technologies) as an ad mediation platform to serve advertisements, including rewarded video ads. LevelPlay acts as a mediator that connects our App to multiple third-party advertising networks to display ads.
Because LevelPlay and its mediated ad networks are third-party SDKs, they may collect and transmit certain data from your device for ad serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention, attribution, and reporting purposes. According to Unity's privacy policy, the data collected may include:
Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, screen size, manufacturer)
Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertising)
IP address (used for general geographic location, not precise location)
Device language and time zone
App version, session length, and ad interactions (impressions, clicks, closures)
This data is collected solely by the ad platforms, not by us. It is used to:
Show you relevant advertisements.
Limit how often you see the same ad.
Measure ad effectiveness and prevent fraudulent activity.
Attribute ad conversions (e.g., if you install an advertised app).
LevelPlay may use this data for personalized ads, depending on your device settings, your in-app choices (see Section 5 below), and your consent where required by law.
For full details, please review Unity's official privacy policy:
https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Note: The individual ad networks mediated through LevelPlay may have their own supplementary privacy policies. A list of these networks is available in Unity's documentation.
5. Your Choices and Opt-Out
You have several choices regarding how your data is used for advertising purposes:
In-App Initial Consent (GDPR / EEA / UK users):
When you first launch the App, you will be presented with a popup asking you to confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. By tapping "Confirm", you provide your consent for our ad mediation platform to process your data as described in this policy. If you do not confirm, the App will not initialize the ad SDK, and no ads will be loaded.
In-App CCPA Opt-Out (California and similar US state residents):
We provide a dedicated "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle within the App's settings menu. This toggle is available to all users regardless of their location.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or other US states with similar privacy laws, turning this toggle ON means you have formally opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with advertising partners. We will apply this choice immediately by setting the appropriate flag in our ad mediation SDK.
If you are located outside these states, turning this toggle ON will still limit data sharing for advertising purposes to the best of our technical ability.
Operating System Controls:
You can also limit how advertising platforms use your data for ad personalization via your device settings:
Please note that even if you opt out of personalization or the sale of data, you will still see ads—they will just be less relevant to you.
Withdrawing Consent:
You may withdraw your GDPR consent or change your CCPA opt-out preference at any time by toggling the settings within the App's privacy menu. Your choice will be saved and applied on your next app session.
6. Data Security and Retention
Since the App itself does not collect any data, your app-generated local data remains solely on your device and is protected by your device's operating system security.
Any data collected by Unity Ads is subject to Unity's own security and retention policies, which you can review in their privacy policy (linked above).
The App does not knowingly collect any personal data directly from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain regions, such as the EEA). We do not specifically target children with our advertising.
However, our ad mediation platform (Unity LevelPlay) may collect limited device data from all users for advertising purposes. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and similar regulations, we take the following measures:
If we identify a user as being under the applicable age limit (e.g., through age gates or if the app is categorized as child-directed), we will flag the App as child-directed within the LevelPlay SDK.
This flag disables personalized advertising, limits data sharing, and ensures that interest-based ads are not served to those users.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has interacted with our App, or if you wish to review or delete any data that may have been collected, please contact us at the email below and we will assist you.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
