1. Overview
Falling Number Merge is a single-player puzzle game. We designed the App to work without requiring an account and without selling your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment details to play.
Gameplay-related data that may be stored on your device includes:
• High score and related game statistics (such as best tile, best combo, and games played)
• Settings preferences (such as difficulty and haptics on/off)
In the current version, this gameplay data is kept locally for the session/device and is not uploaded by the App to our servers for profiling or advertising.
3. Permissions
Depending on your Android version and device settings, the App may use:
• Vibration / haptics — to provide optional tactile feedback during gameplay
• Internet — included for standard Android/app framework operation; the App’s core gameplay does not require you to submit personal data online to play
You can turn haptics off in the App menu.
4. How We Use Information
Local game stats and settings are used only to:
• Save your progress preferences and scores on the device
• Improve your gameplay experience (for example, remembering difficulty)
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Because the App does not operate a user account system, we do not share player profiles with third parties.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google may process certain install and store-related data under Google’s own policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a channel we control, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Data Retention
Game stats and settings stored on your device remain until you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or otherwise reset the device storage used by the App.
8. Security
We aim to keep the App simple and limit data handling. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we do not request sensitive personal information to play.
9. Third-Party Services
The current version of the App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that profile you inside the game. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
