Check out this website for maps, information about parking, getting to CMU etc.

Lectures will take place in the Giant Eagle Auditorium of Baker Hall (BH A51). Baker hall is on Frew Street across from Flagstaff hill. Enter the building through the door facing Hunt Library and go downstairs. Alternatively, you can enter Porter Hall and walk through the building towards Baker Hall (the buildings are connected). Parking:

Parking is available for visitors at the East Campus Garage which is open 24 hours. After 5pm on weekdays and all day during weekends, visitors can park for a flat rate of $9. More details and other parking options are available here. Limited time/free street parking is also available in/near Schenley park, but may be a little walk.

Public transit:

Buses from Pittsburgh Regional transit. (forget about the light rail, it is useless). Find schedule/fare info here. You can pay in cash on the bus or buy a ConnectCard at Giant Eagle (cheaper if you do many trips). The app PAT track can be useful for planning trips/getting real time departure times. The buses can be useful for local transportation but I would not use it to get to and from the airport because it takes forever. Take an uber/cab/lyft for that instead.
