Established in 1998, the Dads of Great Students WATCH D.O.G.S. program is one of the nation’s largest and most respected school-based, family, and community engagement, organizations in the country.
Our programs for Elementary and Secondary School campuses help provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. Meanwhile, we provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security, reduce bullying and provide a greater sense of campus safety allowing students and teachers to focus on learning and instruction.

All On Campus Volunteers agree to the Volunteer Code of Conduct (VCC). The VCC provides important information on the duties and responsibilities of all on campus volunteers.
Put the phone away. When you're on duty it is important to give our students, staff, and parents 100% of your attention. For the privacy of our students and staff, NO video or photos on school campus when you are on duty.
Your Watch D.O.G.S. shirt is your uniform. You MUST wear your Watch D.O.G.S. shirt whenever you are assisting on campus. It is import for our students, staff, and parents to easily identify you.
Watch D.O.G.S. report directly to the school principal. While the PTO has establish a budget for the Watch D.O.G.S. program, we directly report to the school principal.
