We at Fakturi App respect your privacy. We are glad to tell you more about which data is accessed, how it is used, and which services we use to enhance your Fakturi App experience.

We used User Information Name for using our service. We may collect and store the above mentioned information when You provide it to us.

ii) Using Your information

For users who has availed services from our app, we might use some images , name and other information except contact details to display.

iii) Location Information

The Fakturi App accesses and collects your device's location information, including precise location information, when you use location-based features of the app.

Location information is used to provide and support features such as route tracking, recording routes/trips, displaying your current location, calculating route distances, and other location-based functionality requested by the user.

When you start a route or trip that requires tracking, the app may continue to collect location information when the app is in the background, minimized, or when the app is not in use, so that the route/trip can continue to be recorded.

Location information may be transmitted to and stored on our servers to provide the requested route and trip functionality and to allow you to view or manage your route information.

We do not sell your location information.

Location information is not used for advertising purposes.

You can control location permissions through your Android device settings. If you deny or revoke location permission, certain route and location-based features may not function correctly.

We may share information, including location information, with our authorized service providers and backend       service providers when necessary to provide the functionality requested by the user.

3. Add Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information and location/route information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain route and trip records, comply with applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting us at info@akcet.nl.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete the applicable personal information and associated data in accordance with applicable laws and our legitimate legal obligations.

4. Purpose of use

Fakturi app is an online platform, which allows you to create your invoices easily and quickly! Just create your account, add your company data, add the company for which you want to create an invoice, add the products and their cost, and... that's it! Once you have your invoice created you can directly print it in your browser, save it or send it via email!.
