01. I will visit the site at the beginning of the work, if we need to visit the site

      Then we will go to the site and draw the current situation,

02. And I will take pictures of the details

03. I will know what you need

04. After the work starts, if the work engineer needs to be explained, then I will visit the site and explain it.

05. I will go to the site if there is a need to visit the site at various necessary moments while the construction work is going on.

06. If the site is outside Dhaka and overnight stay is required, then the client has to make arrangements for accommodation and food.

If within Dhaka City Area - 3000 Tk

If outside Dhaka - 6000 Tk

০১. কাজের শুরুতে সাইট ভিজিট করে আসবো,যদি আমাদের সাইট ভিজিট করার প্রয়োজন পড়ে 

তাহলে আমরা সাইটে গিয়ে বর্তমান অবস্থার ড্রইং করে নিয়ে আসব,

০২.এবং ডিটেলস ছবি তুলে নিয়ে আসব

০৩.আপনার কি প্রয়োজন তা জেনে আসবো

০৪.কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর যদি কাজ মিস্তিরি কে বোঝানো লাগে তাহলে সাইট ভিজিট করে টা বুঝিয়ে দিয়ে আসব.

০৫.কনস্ট্রাকশন কাজ চলা অবস্থায় বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয় মুহূর্তে সাইট ভিজিট এর   প্রয়োজন হলে তখন সাইটে যাব.

০৬.সাইট যদি ঢাকার বাহিরে হয় এবং রাতে থাকার প্রয়োজন হয় ,সেক্ষেত্রে ক্লাইন্টকে থাকা এবং খাবার জন্য ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে.

সাইট ভিজিট 

ঢাকা সিটি এরিয়ার মধ্যে হলে- 3000 টাকা

ঢাকার বাহিরে হলে -6000 টাকা

We do our interior Works in three ways.

তিনটা পদ্ধতিতে আমরা আমাদের ইন্টেরিও কাজগুলো করে থাকি .

01.Quotation wise 

We will give quotations, we will work according to that quotation, we will buy all the materials, we will work with our mechanic, we will work with the mechanic and we have all the responsibility till the color is finished.

আমরা কোটেশন দেবো সেই কোটেশন মোতাবেক আমরা কাজ করব, সকল ম্যাটেরিয়ালস আমরা কিনব আমাদের মিস্ত্রি  দিয়ে কাজ করাব এবং রং করে ফিনিশিং করা পর্যন্ত সকল দায় দায়িত্ব আমাদের .

02.Percentage Wise 

The proposed plan will provide a working drawing 3D perspective.

We will get 25% profit on the total cost of the project as it will cost a lot of money to buy it and install it.

প্রপোজ প্লান ওয়ার্কিং ড্রয়িং 3D পার্সপেক্টিভ প্রদান করব,

প্রজেক্ট এর যত মালামাল কেনা হবে এবং এটা লাগানোর জন্য মিস্ত্রি খরচ হবে তার উপর টোটাল  খরচের উপর আমরা 25% লাভ নেব,সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা মাঝে মাঝে সাইটে গিয়ে কাজ দেখিয়ে দিয়ে আসব,কিছু সময়ের জন্য সাইটে গিয়ে কাজ দেখিয়ে চলে আসব. 

03.Design Charge & Site visit 

We will first give the design work drawing and 3D design for the interior work. According to him the masons will work,

And if we need a site visit, then we will go and show the work and explain the design to the mechanics. In that case you have to pay 3000 Taka  for each site visit.

আমরা প্রথমে ডিজাইন দেবো ইন্টেরিয়র কাজের জন্য ড্রইং ওয়ার্কিং ড্রয়িং এবং থ্রিডি ডিজাইন দিব.সে অনুসারে মিস্ত্রীরা কাজ করবে ,আর যদি আমাদের সাইট ভিজিট এর প্রয়োজন হয় তখন আমরা গিয়ে কাজ দেখিয়ে দিয়ে আসব ও ডিজাইন বুঝিয়ে দিয়ে আসব মিস্ত্রিদের কে,

সে ক্ষেত্রে প্রতি সাইট ভিজিটের জন্য 3000 টাকা দিতে হবে.
