Total Clean Time: 1-3 Hours
Simple sweep/mop/Vacuum/Wiping all Counter tops and mirrors.

Deep Clean
In addition to a simple sweep/mop/Vacuum/&all counter tops and mirrors wiped down.
Toilets will be properly sanitized
Refrigerator wipe down
Trash taken out

Full Service Move Out
Kitchen
Clean inside and outside of all appliances (dust top of fridge, scrape off all residue inside oven)
Clean countertops
Clean inside and outside all cabinets and drawers
Clean kitchen sink and faucet
Dust light fixture
Sweep and mop hard floors (scrape off any paint chips)
Living Room/Dining Room:
Vacuum carpet and sweep/mop hard floors if applicable (use wand attachment to reach crevices up against baseboard)
Dust light fixtures
Bathroom:
Clean sink, bathtub, and shower doors if applicable
Clean inside and outside of toilet
Clean countertops and mirror
Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
Dust light fixture
Sweep and mop hard floors (scrape off any paint chips)
Bedroom:
Vacuum carpet (use wand attachment to reach crevices up against baseboard)
Dust light fixture and ceiling fan if applicable
Patio/Balcony:
Sweep out storage closet if applicable

Clean windows, window sills, and window tracks (no bugs or dirt)
Clean blinds (there should be no dust)
Clean vents, switch/plug covers, baseboards, air return, intercom, thermostat, alarm panel
Clean inside and outside of washer/dryer and floor around
Clean all cobwebs from ceiling
