Faith Explorer Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jagsin handles information when you use Faith Explorer, the Android app with package name com.faithexplorer.faith_explorer.

Faith Explorer does not require an account, login, or registration. Reading, listening, bookmarks, and settings work without signing in. There is no account to delete.

• No account. We do not ask for an email address, phone number, or password.

• Name, if you choose to enter one. The first name is stored only on this phone. It is used to greet you in the app. It is not uploaded.

• Reading on this phone. Bookmarks, the page you last opened, search history inside the app, and a reading passport stay on this phone.

• Settings. Language, text size, theme, and similar choices stay on this phone.

• Listening. Speak and Listen use the phone’s own text-to-speech. We do not send that audio to a Jagsin server.

• Report a mistake. If you use that button, your email app opens a message to info@jagsin.in. The message is sent only if you send it.

• Links you tap. The privacy page, the Jagsin website, and More apps open in your browser.

• To show the tradition, story, and glossary pages on your phone

• To remember your name, bookmarks, and reading place on that phone

• To speak text when you tap Listen

• To answer a correction or support email you send us

We do not sell your information. Faith Explorer does not show ads and does not use a tracking or advertising identifier. The reading text is part of the app. It is not an account of yours.

The app is built to work offline. It does not upload your name or your reading. Android backup of this app is turned off. A link or an email button opens another app on the phone, such as the browser or the email app.

Your name, bookmarks, reading place, and settings stay on the device. You can clear bookmarks and reset the saved reading inside the app. Uninstalling Faith Explorer, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes that information from the phone. We do not keep a copy on a Jagsin server.

Faith Explorer is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A name entered in the app stays on that phone. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, email info@jagsin.in.

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
